INTRODUCTION of Crane and Hoist Motor

Crane and hoist motor is the driving motor used for overhead crane traveling and electric hoist hoisting & traveling. There are kinds of motors for different purposes. 3 IN 1 GEAR MOTOR SERIES

We provide 3 in 1 gear motor for crane and hoist traveling. The power supply of TD  type electromagnetic braking motor is 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. Features: Aluminum class A parallel shaft helical gear motor, smooth operation, low noise. The insulation grade of regular products is F (155 ℃) and the protection grade is IP54. The rectifier block is placed in the brake, and the brake power is provided by the motor. Brake with brake force adjustment and air gap adjustment device after wearing of the brake friction plate.

DUAL-SPEED MOTOR SERIES

We provide a Dual-speed motor for cross traveling. The power supply of a double winding two-speed electromagnetic brake motor is 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. The insulation grade of regular products is F (155 ℃) and the protection grade is IP54. The rectifier block is placed in the brake, and the brake power is provided by the motor. Brake with brake force adjustment and air gap adjustment device after wearing of the brake friction plate.

F/K/R VARIABLE FREQUENCY MOTOR SERIES

The power supply of variable frequency brake motor for traveling is 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. The insulation grade of regular products is F (155 ℃) and the protection grade is IP54. The variable frequency drive motor with a double-sided safety brake is equipped with a separate rectifier block, and the power supply of the rectifier block is provided by the outside. Brake with brake force adjustment and air gap adjustment device after wearing of the brake friction plate. The brake air gap has a service life of about 1 million braking times after each adjustment.

DISC DOUBLE-SPEED LIFTING MOTOR SERIES

The power supply of Double winding two-speed electromagnetic brake motor is 380V, 3-phase, 50HZ, AC. The insulation grade of regular products is F (155 ℃) and the protection grade is IP54. The motor has two speeds, which can be quickly switched by an external contactor. The two-speed drive motor with a double-sided safety brake is equipped with a separate rectifier block, and the power supply of the rectifier block is provided by the motor.
